My Travels
When I travel to the
Southwest, I always
anticipate the popcorn clouds.
Clouds were low in Shiprock, New Mexico.

Oct. 6, 2006 - at the Quality Inn in Tuba City, Arizona, after the tornado
that hit the night before.
The
big tree fell in front of our room - Rm. 221, short of
breaking the window glass. The roof held the tree. Notice
the sidewalk ripped up by the roots of the tree.

slept in the dark all night. We
used our cellular phones for light.
