Junior-senior Proms are the most-awaited event in a High School student's life. There's those pretty dresses, the limos, the flowers and the handsome escorts. In my case many were missing.

I was just 14 and 15 years of age when I had my junior-senior proms. I had no escort and no one gave me pretty flowers. At that time, I had some kind of empty feeling. I can't discuss it with anyone at that time because I might
get reprimanded. The nuns will be shocked with horror if I discussed boys with them.

This was my prom dress. Everybody
liked it. I was at the balcony of Librada's
house, we called the azotea. Librada
also liked to garden. She had a
collection of orchids along our
compound's alley. I cut some of them for
my botany class and she was so furious.
She pinched me.
